These Terms govern your use of the Successor service (“Successor,” the “Service”), operated by Veritec AI Inc (“Veritec,” “we,” “us”) at joinsuccessor.com. By using the Service or providing your information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
What Successor is
Successor privately introduces retiring owners of Texas home and trade service businesses to vetted buyers. We are not a broker. We do not negotiate, value, or paper transactions, and we are never paid a commission on a sale. Any transaction is solely between the parties, who should engage their own legal, tax, and financial advisors. We do not guarantee any introduction, match, or outcome.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Successor (Veritec AI Inc), including from our automated assistant “Sam,” related to your inquiry.
- Program: Successor buyer/seller conversation and follow-up.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you’ll get a confirmation and no further messages, and we remove your number within 24 hours. Reply HELP for help, or contact sam@joinsuccessor.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Provide accurate information, and only submit contact information you are authorized to provide.

Nothing provided through the Service is legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice. Bring your own advisors to any transaction.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veritec AI Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms; your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
